Didymo Designs was engaged to design and develop a secure Web-based login database. From our initial discussions, Didymo was able to portray a number of options that were available within the specified budget. Didymo was also clear as to what would be contained within the proposals and what was out of scope.

The scope of work contained a system whereby alumni of the Entrepreneurs in Science Unit at UNSW could securely access private information, such as the contact details of their peers and information relating to their career progression. The intended outcome was to enhance the sense of community within the EIS Unit, augment the relationships of the Unit’s students and alumni, and to add to their professional networks.

Ashley Maher and his team were able to efficiently provide a system with the capability that was required. Ashley provided a clear explanation of what was needed for such a project and was professional in his communication to both the technical and non-technical people involved.

Ashley was accommodating to every request and provided sound advice throughout the project. He was proactive in seeking relevant IT policy information for the University, and was happy to converse with technical staff to obtain the necessary data for the project.

Didymo Designs was able to deliver a system which met both specification and expectation. The final product looked professional, fitted within the ‘look and feel’ of our website design, provided the functionality that was required, and contained the capacity for additional scope should the need arise in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending Didymo Designs to others for similar projects.
